Cancellation Policy
In the case you need to reschedule your trip and inform us a minimum of 3 weeks before the tour date, we’ll credit you the full value of your deposit (valid for 1 year).

If you must reschedule within 2 weeks or less of the tour date but do plan on joining us on a future excursion, we’ll credit you 50% of your deposit (valid for 1 year).

If you change your mind and decide not to attend at all, we will refund a portion of your deposit based on the following conditions:
Ecuador Expat Journeys must be informed in writing of your intention to cancel your tour reservation.
2 months - 4 weeks before tour date: -25% for administrative fees
3 weeks before your tour date: -50% for administrative fees
2 weeks or less before the tour date: NO REFUND, as hotels and/or flights have already been booked.
